Returns and Exchanges

The customer has the withdrawing right regarding its purchase :
Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Please return items within: 30 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations but do not hesitate to contact us if there is any problem with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, we cannot accept returns for:

Return conditions
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

Processing Time
​
The time we need to process an order varies. For more information, see item descriptions. At the moment we only delivery to Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Great Britain and Italy. The delivery is performed by GLS and Bpost World for international shippings.
Customs and Import Taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
